This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was excellent, being close to both Liverpool center and the airport. I found it very convenient for exploring the area and it was also situated near a retail park, which was handy for shopping. Secondly, the staff were outstanding, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. They were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable experience. Finally, the rooms were well-maintained and had all the basic amenities I needed. The shower was great and the addition of air conditioning made the stay even more comfortable. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would certainly recommend it to others.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great.
